About The Team
SCC’s newly formed Contracting and Procurement service is part of Enabling Services Directorate and aspires to be the ‘best in class’ through creating a cohesive approach to procurement and contract management to deliver value for money from our contracts and expenditure with external suppliers.
About You
The Contracting and Procurement service is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us in the role of Contracts Officer. This is a key role within Contracting and Procurement, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of building and maintaining successful relationship with internal stakeholders, and the ability to lead engagement with external suppliers to ensure the Council receives maximum benefit and value for money through our contract arrangements.
