We’re looking for a Conversions Analyst to join our team and help clients transition data and solutions onto Broadridge platforms. You will coordinate end-to-end conversion activities, analyze client data, project costs using Broadridge pricing models, and drive high-quality go-lives. We work in a hybrid structure and collaborate closely across operations, data processing, programming, and tabulation to deliver accurate, timely outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute data conversion workstreams for Message Automation/Regulatory Reporting implementations, from discovery through go-live support
- Collaborate with clients and PMs to gather requirements, map data, and align conversion scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria
- Design, script, and run conversion routines (Python/scripting preferred), leveraging SQL and ETL practices to transform, load, and reconcile data
- Develop and execute test plans and validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory readiness; document results and remediation
- Troubleshoot data, integration, and environment issues across multiple stages (development, test, UAT, production), including Linux/Bash-based workflows
- Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders; contribute to governance and project management activities and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with DevOps/build teams on release packaging and deployment artifacts for client environments, providing technical implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 1+years of relevant experience in data conversions, implementations, operations, or client project support in financial services or a related environment
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one scripting language; Python preferred
- Exposure to Linux OS/Bash and understanding of ETL concepts and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data)
- Knowledge of at least three of the following regulatory reporting regimes would be considered an advantage:
- MiFID II (RTS 1, 2 and 22)
- EMIR
- Dodd-Frank (CFTC/SBSR)
- Canadian
- SFTR
- MAS
- HKMA
- ASIC
- MMSR
- IIROC
- SFCM
- Experience working with issue management tools such as Jira, Remedy, or HP Service Manager, together with an understanding of the workflows and expectations involved in managing issues between clients and vendors, would be beneficial.
- Exposure to project governance processes, with proven ability to coordinate and deliver across all stages of the project lifecycle, is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; organized with attention to detail
- Effective communicator with experience interacting with clients and project managers
