Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Conveyancer role located in Sheffield at Trent Law (Solicitors). The Conveyancer will be responsible for a variety of residential transactions including sales, purchases, remortgage and transfers of freehold/ leasehold/ newbuild and shared ownership property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in handling own caseload of residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision
• Legal Document Preparation skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to handle legal issues relating to property titles
• Attentions to detail and strong analytical skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
