Conveyancing Paralegal

Beyond Law Group’s specialist conveyancing practice, Home Property Law, is looking for a paralegal to join their team. Home Property Law is Beyond Law Group’s dedicated practice based either in the heart of Manchester or in our Cheshire office in Alderley Edge with the group’s other practices, Beyond Corporate, McAlister Family Law and Vault Private client.

In supporting the team’s lawyers on a day-to-day basis, the role would include the initial engagement with the client, preparing and sending quotes, file opening, drafting contract papers, requesting searches and generally assisting the team from matter inception to completion and registration.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to progress their career in the property sector. The role will be client-facing, so strong communication skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already gained some experience in conveyancing and is ready to take the next step in their professional development. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you grow within the role.
