Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated conveyancing paralegal to join a dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven 2-year experience within residential property and a strong understanding of conveyancing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
• Being able to carry out remortgages and refinances including properties in companies.
• Buy to Let purchases and re-finances.
• Registration including companies house and Land Registry.
• The ability to draft and file SDLT Returns.
• Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage.
• Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries.
• Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees).

Qualifications + Experience:

• Educated to degree level
• Completed LPC or SQE 1
• Minimum 2 years property experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation
• Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment
• Attention to detail is essential
• IT literate
• Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress
