The pay range for this role will be £28,142 – £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues)

Café Cook to join our vibrant team at the
Prom Café.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to high standards, from hearty breakfasts to seaside classics.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and rotation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
- Right to work in the UK (valid ID & National Insurance number).
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen and able to lift/carry items safely.
- Must be over 18
