Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Copywriter to join our Hollister EMEA Marketing team. This role works across Marketing and UX copywriting-shaping the voice of Hollister for our European customer while ensuring our digital experiences are clear, engaging, and optimised for conversion.
Balancing brand storytelling with user experience best practices, this role will concept copy that’s both globally consistent and locally relevant. As a collaborative, creative member of the team in a position that’s constantly evolving, this role is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned individual.
This job is located at our EMEA Home Office London, England and reports to the EMEA Art Director
What Will You Be Doing?
Marketing Copy
- Write, edit and maintain website marketing copy—including campaign messaging, product descriptions, promotions, and branded content—optimised for EMEA audiences.
- Partner with creative, marketing and product teams to deliver compelling copy that embodies Hollister’s tone of voice and drives engagement.
- Refine and optimise product copy, taxonomy, and naming conventions to improve clarity and discoverability.
- Create region-specific campaign copy that resonates with European customers while aligning with global brand guidelines.
UX Copy
- Craft and refine microcopy across key touchpoints, including product recommendations, navigation, and shopping bag messaging, to drive conversion and improve the user journey.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and iterate on copy variations for key elements, leveraging A/B testing and user research to drive measurable results.
- Localise product copy and content for EMEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance, brand alignment, and a seamless user experience during global and regional feature rollouts.
- Conduct periodic UX content audits to ensure all messaging across the site remains fresh, clear, and consistent with the brand's voice.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Experience in copywriting—ideally in fashion retail or a creative agency.
- Proven ability to write for large, global brands and tailor messaging for different markets.
- A self-starter who thrives working autonomously and enjoys contributing to an ever-evolving role and team.
- Experience working with a Gen Z-focused brand, with an understanding of how to craft messaging that resonates authentically with that audience.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and UX best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
