Corporate Accountant

I'm currently working with a Global Specialty Insurer to find a Corporate Accountant to work in their corporate accounting function based in their London office.

You will be partnering with the Global Technology function and responsible for all cost accounting and reporting for all IT projects and costs.

• Monthly reporting for the IT cost centres across the group
• Working with the IT Project Managers to ensure costs are accurately reported and recorded
• Supporting cost budgeting and forecasting processes and explaining variances
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers
• Ensuring all SOX controls are in place and followed
• Monthly and Quarterly reporting

We are looking for a newly qualified accountant - either industry trained with some experience in Cost/Corporate Accounting or we will also consider practice trained candidate.

You will be working for a great business who like to develop their staff, with opportunity to progress across the wider finance team. You will need to be a team player who can built rapport with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Salary is £60,000-£70,000 + Benefits

Location: London - City- 3 days in office
