The firm is looking for a Corporate Finance Executive with a strong understanding of numbers and a background in account preparation to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s hungry to grow, contribute to exciting deals, and be part of a firm that’s thriving in the M&A space.
What We’re Looking For:
- A solid accountancy background – ideally from a Top 20–30 firm
- Experience in account preparation (not audit)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- A genuine interest in Corporate Finance and M&A
- Someone proactive, ambitious, and eager to make an impact
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting live M&A transactions from day one
- Preparing financial analysis and reports
- Working closely with senior team members on deal execution
- Helping shape the future of the firm’s Corporate Finance offering
