🏗️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Corporate Property Manager in delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and compliance across non-housing properties.
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve building defects.
- Leading small-scale projects and contributing to capital and revenue programmes.
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Coordinating risk management plans including fire safety, legionella, and asbestos
🧠 What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a mix of technical knowledge, practical experience, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A relevant HNC/HND/Level 4 Qualification (or be willing to work towards one)
- Experience in facilities or asset management
- Strong understanding of health and safety compliance, including fire, asbestos and legionella.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
