A leading law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its expanding corporate team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build their career within a highly respected, supportive, and forward-thinking firm.

The Role:

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload that includes:

• M&A (acquisitions and disposals)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and governance matters
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• General corporate advisory work

You will have regular client contact and the chance to develop strong commercial relationships across a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to large corporates and national brands.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1+ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach
• Comfortable engaging with clients and contributing to business development
• Motivated to continue developing your expertise
