Our Corporate Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Asset Management division. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader to join us as a Corporate Strategy Principal, helping to define and deliver our long-term vision.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with senior leadership to shape and implement L&G Asset Management’s macro strategy
• Embedding the Corporate Strategy team within key business areas including Distribution, Investments, Product and Marketing
• Coordinating and executing firm-wide strategic initiatives across geographies and client channels
• Supporting corporate development planning and delivering strategic objectives
• Leading the creation of scalable insights and presenting them to senior stakeholders
• Building strong relationships across the business to drive collaboration and remove barriers
• Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure alignment with market needs
• Partnering with business units to identify and implement inorganic growth opportunities
  
  

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in management or strategy consulting, ideally within a professional services firm
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry from both strategic and financial perspectives
• Proven ability to define strategic goals and deliver cross-functional projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing C-suite materials
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse teams
