A leading International Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their highly ranked practice in London.

Ranked consistently by leading legal directories, they offer deep expertise across advisory and contentious tax work. Based in London, they collaborate globally on multi-jurisdictional matters for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

As a tax associate, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:

Corporate & Private Capital: M&A, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and private capital deals.
Real Estate: Tax advice on major commercial property transactions.
Finance & Restructuring: Equity and debt transactions, refinancing, and bespoke restructuring.
Tax Disputes: Handling complex domestic and international tax litigation and negotiations.

What They're Looking For

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or common law jurisdiction) with corporate tax experience.
Strong academic record, analytical skills, and clear communication.
Collaborative, commercially aware, with an interest in complex cross-border work.
Experience in advisory or contentious tax is welcome; a desire to build a broad practice is essential.
