A leading US law firm is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Tax Associate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a background from a leading law firm.

The Corporate Tax team's areas of focus include lending, real estate finance, structuring joint venture companies, and sales and acquisitions. The team also offers niche expertise in aviation taxation, including leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions.

This role provides the opportunity to work on complex cross-border and international matters, indirect (VAT, stamp duty, SDRT) and planning affairs, particularly in the context of financial and real estate transactions.
