M&G Trustee Company Limited (“MTCL”) is the Corporate Trust Provider within M&G, supporting a wide range of capital market transactions in various Trustee and Agent capacities. MTCL is a leading provider of Trustee and Agency Services in the social housing market, with over £100bn worth of assets secured including properties in excess of 2 million. Our long-standing presence and consolidated experience in the sector enable us to provide efficient turnaround times for requests related to the release, movement, and management of secured property portfolios.
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and proactive individual to join our Client Services team as a Corporate Trust Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the Corporate Trust space, with a particular focus on the social housing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process property-related requests including transfers, releases, and additions
- Maintain and update the property security and sealing databases
- Coordinate the printing, scanning, signing, and distribution of legal documents
- Assist with reconciliation of property portfolios and reporting to lenders
- Reconcile and upload valuation reports
- File and archive legal documentation
- Receive, scan, and distribute correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to wider Corporate Trust functions as required by business
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Structured approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Confident working independently and escalating issues when necessary
- Knowledge of the social housing sector is advantageous
- Methodical and structured work style
- Inquisitive nature and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Genuine interest in developing a career within the Trustee business
