We have an exciting and unique opening as a Country Sales Manager for SELECTED HOMME UK. This is a great opportunity working on men’s fashion for an International Nordic Brand. With a strong and well-respected customer base we are looking to grow this further whilst adding new customers.
TEAM SELECTED HOMME
A tight knit team of two with a real sense of togetherness working on HOMME. Our focus is to be the best partner for our customers working with integrity and a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Alongside the UK you will also be part of the international brand team working closely with our Danish colleagues.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Country Sales Manager, you are the driving force for creating growth in your brands performance.
Your overall responsibility is to ensure the continuous growth with our wholesale customers through developing and executing your brands sales strategies and concepts. You inspire, train and motivate others to strengthen and develop your brands position in our market. Working in close cooperation with all departments, to ensure that our products and price range meet the needs of our customers, and the orders are always processed efficiently and effectively.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
With support and development, you will focus on being the best partner to your independent accounts, building a close and constructive dialogue with them.
You will focus on being the best business partner to your key accounts. You will manage your accounts like your own business, focusing on creating growth opportunities within the brand. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Set and achieve seasonal sales targets, collection budgets and business goals
- Developing, executing and continuously reviewing the growth strategy in collaboration with each customer and your team
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and leadership.
- Lead the team in collection meetings, in the showroom and digitally
- Provide the brand with product feedback and market demands for the brands collections
- Ensure understanding of ongoing sales targets and business performance, tracking and reacting on a weekly basis.
- Identifying and engaging new business opportunities to grow the brand with both existing and new customers
- Be a key communicator, managing the flow and provide market updates between all departments in the UK, Denmark and with our Country Manager.
- To travel regularly nationally and internationally to visit customers and attend collection meetings.

YOUR PROFILE:
We hire for attitude and train for skill. We are looking for high energy and proactive mindset to create a real impact on the SELECTED HOMME team results. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who has:
- Strong sales skills, and both results & people oriented.
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial spirit with strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry is considered a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Full UK driving license
