Ready to make a real impact in Higher Education? We’re seeking a proactive and friendly Course Administrator to join our team and support both staff and students at the heart of university life.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, using your top-notch organisational and administrative skills to keep things running smoothly. From planning and prioritising tasks to managing day-to-day operations, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality, user-focused services.
You will use your administrative skills to support administration across the student lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focused services, including: handling enquiries; providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies, and procedures; exam board servicing; and administrative support for course teams. You will also deliver a warm and efficient reception service to students, staff, visitors, and external partners, within agreed customer service levels and standards.
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
- Experience of delivering a broad range customer-focused enquiry and support services.
- Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties.
- The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely.
- Work proactively to ensure effective service delivery.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office computer programs to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent position, but we’re happy to consider job share applications, The role is based at our Falmer Campus within the School of Education, Sport and Health Sciences but there are opportunities for some remote working too.
