Lone Design Club (LDC) creates immersive short-term retail residencies that spotlight under-the-radar, digitally grown and established brands. We curate premium multi-brand concepts across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, giving brands a platform to connect with new audiences and grow through agile, flexible formats. At the heart of what we do is curation, storytelling and aesthetic excellence - creating elevated spaces and experiences that resonate with today’s conscious, digitally-savvy consumers.

We are at an exciting turning point and seeking a Creative & Communications Lead to take ownership of our brand identity, storytelling and communications across all digital touch points. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in luxury or premium fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands to refine and elevate LDC’s creative direction as we scale.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative leadership role, owning all brand identity, storytelling and content creation. You will manage, create and execute premium content across digital channels, ensuring everything reflects the cohesive, elevated LDC aesthetic.

You will:

• Manage & create content across key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
• Create brand and customer mailers, working with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution
• Provide PR support - pitching, writing press releases, building relationships
• Develop and refine brand identity & storytelling across all channels
• Curate and create content for social, website and digital platforms
• Build strong creative foundations - premium, consistent, engaging digital presence
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on performance, while owning the visual and brand storytelling side
• Lead CEO profiling & thought leadership - strategy, content, execution
• Work across store events to create content and amplify to our community
• Manage messaging and comms - ensuring LDC’s storytelling is consistent and impactful
• Select and provide high-quality content for the website, elevating visuals and brand identity

KPIs

• Brand acquisition via the LDC Clubhouse platform (driving brands to explore our retail opportunities)
• Customer acquisition via social, email and digital channels
• Engagement growth across social & email
• Traffic & conversion to stores and activations

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years’ experience in creative direction, content and communications within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
• Creates premium, engaging content across social, email, PR and digital
• Has strong storytelling skills - crafting narratives that elevate brand identity
• Is hands-on and proactive - confident in both copywriting and visual direction
• Understands premium fashion/retail PR and can support media outreach
• Is excited by a growing business at a turning point and wants to help build its long-term creative identity
• Thrives in a start-up/scale-up culture: flexible, collaborative, and solution-focused
