Creative Content Producer
Exclusive opportunity for a Creative Content Producer to join a UK membership body on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the head of Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will work as part of a wider marketing team and be primarily focused on CRM/Email and managing website content.
1 day a week in St Albans office, 4 from home
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the cornerstone of the organisation’s creative development, producing high-quality visual and multimedia assets to support all digital marketing and member engagement channels
- To lead on the design and production of online and offline marketing materials for marketing and business development teams. Taking ownership for the creative deliverables of the company content calendar and campaigns
- Develop visually compelling and brand-aligned graphics for social media, email campaigns and websites including infographics, engaging reports, brochures, and presentations to communicate key messages effectively to members, partners and customers
- Produce videos and audio clips / podcasts from ideation to production and publishing to use to better engage members, partners and other stakeholders
- Innovate and experiment with new creative formats to enhance member engagement
- Ensure all creative materials align with the brand’s visual identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to refine and evolve the brand’s visual storytelling approach
- Partner with the digital marketing team to understand campaign goals and design needs, delivering assets that amplify their impact
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to create tailored materials for events, campaigns, and member engagement initiatives
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Maintain an organised library of creative assets, ensuring easy access for the marketing team
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and multimedia content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
- Familiarity with podcast production tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or GarageBand
- Understanding of social media platforms and their creative requirements (eg Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects, including graphic design, video, and multimedia work
- Pro-active and able to show initiative, with ability to organise and prioritise own time and workload
