What to expect
A new Creative Studio role has been created in the future structure, led by the Head of Creative Studio, and staffed by three Creative Designers. These roles will be responsible for the origination of creative assets for a variety of digital and retail channels. They will also work on adapting creative from strategic campaigns produced by external creative agencies. Ultimately, POL’s aim is to bring as much creative execution in house to increase speed to market and reduce costs. The success of this studio team is key to that agenda.
