Job Description
About the Role:
The position of
Creative Image Lead within our
Home department is absolutely essential to ensuring the seamless and effective execution of our creative imagery, acting as key points of coordination between our Product teams and the Buzz studio across all of our creative Home photography projects.
If you possess a genuine passion for achieving best-in-class imagery that sets the standard on the high street and thrive within a vibrant, fast-moving, and well-organised creative landscape, then this could represent the ideal next step in your career journey.
The role is based from our Enderby head office (Leicestershire), with weekly travel to the Leighton Buzzard studio. This is not a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for all photographic shoots, from initial briefing to final sign-off, across various platforms including editorial, group, and press.
- Drive the creative vision for customer stories and campaigns, providing final approval on initial concepts and shot execution.
- Manage the briefing and approval process for all supplementary social media content, including dynamic video assets.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Public Relations teams regarding all imagery needs.
- Lead weekly creative meetings with the Buzz studio to prioritise projects and manage the reshoot list collaboratively.
- Work closely with the photo studio to ensure all digital assets are delivered on time, in the correct order, and aligned with the creative vision and commercial goals.
- Actively attending studio and location shoots to ensure creative briefs are met and that any team or brands attending are happy.
- Report key project updates, progress, and challenges directly to Directors and Team Managers.
About You:
We're seeking an experienced creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll have a proven track record of managing creative projects and teams effectively, consistently delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines. We're looking for someone who excels at juggling multiple projects at once and remains calm and composed under pressure. Your forward-thinking and proactive approach will be key, as you'll be relied upon to anticipate challenges and implement strategic solutions before issues arise.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You'll need to be confident and articulate in your interactions, able to assertively follow up on deadlines while nurturing positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners alike. You should be a true team player who embodies a collaborative mindset, building strong partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from internal teams to our valued brand partners. If you're a resilient, adaptable, and highly organised leader who excels at working together to achieve great results, we'd love to hear from you.
