Creative Production Intern

Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our Liberty London photographic studio which sits within Liberty Creative Production Team. This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity for someone interested in the inner workings of a creative asset team.

You’ll support day-to-day studio operations, production preparation, and creative tasks, gaining insight into how we create our creative assets.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Production & Coordination

• Assist on photoshoots – from prepping samples, ordering stock co-ordinating production to supporting on set.
• Support with styling, organising props, preparing shoot documents.
• Support on production co-ordination.
• Maintain the organisation of the studio and creative asset server.
• Help prepare materials and assets for internal presentations
• Be a go-to person for general studio support and ad hoc tasks
• Help maintain production schedules and critical path timelines
• Support the monitoring and logging of sample deliveries, approvals, and shipments
• Liaise across departments (buying, marketing, production) to gather key updates and maintain smooth internal communication.

PERSONAL QUALITIES + EXPERIENCE:

• A strong interest in fashion, production or photography.
• Excellent organisational and communication skill.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in Photography and working in a studio (non-essential)
• Passion for Liberty’s aesthetic and storytelling heritage.
