Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and field role for a Creative Video Executive within our content team, located in London, U.K. The Creative Video Executive will be involved in the ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and posting of short and long form video content that align with the company's social media strategies. The role includes creating engaging content across all platforms with a very focused eye on YouTube. The role involves regular communication with the wider team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities//Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimisation (SMO), and Media Planning skills.
• Excellent Communication, Writing and Creative Thinking skills.
• Ability to develop storylines and scripts.
• Strong behind the camera experience and ability to shoot for current platforms in line with requirements.
• Confidence in shooting long and short form content.
• Support in building the strategic direction across each social channel & deliver compelling, inspiring and highly engaging video.
• Embrace a deep understanding of the brand’s tone of voice and be able to use it to communicate across all channels.
• Drive brand awareness through organic channels to generate greater brand awareness and website traffic and attract new customers.
• In line with our brand values, create marketing content that delights!
• Help deliver a range of creative assets to support paid social campaigns
• Actively seek innovative, interesting, and entertaining ideas that set the brand apart
• Collect and share photo/video coverage of all our events and big moments
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Skills & Experience Required

• You have great knowledge of the channels and how you can construct brand equity and a point of view through social media.
• You’re able to quickly and effectively deliver engaging on-brand copy.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of brand aesthetic and digital trends across social media and beyond.
• Highly proficient in photo & video editing.
• Understand video best practices for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
• You know a trend before it happens and you understand why it’s happening
• You seek to be a positive force for change and are excited by sharing the Small Beer story to a global audience.

Starting Salary: £28,850

Role Location: Small Beer HQ, South Bermondsey, London

Job details: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. From time-to-time you may be asked to join in at events, festivals and other activities that see you working outside of these hours.
