Who are we looking for?
As the business continues to grow, we require a new team to support our Credit & Collections function. Your role will include a number of tasks that will support the business in the processing of account reconciliations and cash allocations across multiple systems.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
This role will continue to support the growing business by performing the following tasks:
- Chasing & account reconciliations for multiple legal entities
- Cash allocation for multiple ledgers and systems
- Dispute management
- Direct Debt management, along with other DD requirements
- New Account set up’s
- Other C&C admin duties
- Support with credit & collection functions as and when required
- Review risk information across all Gamma owned entities
- Support provision changes within wholesale.
- Project work- continuous review of process and procedures to reduce manual input
- Day to day liaison with finance, billing and sales teams
- As a small team there may be cover required for other aspects the credit team cover when staff numbers are low.
What You’ll Need
- Accounting or credit qualification – AAT, ACCA, CICM or has an interest in studying to a qualification.
- Ability to work and communicate at all levels within business, internal and external
- Patience with complex work structures and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organisation skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent experience on Excel and managing large data sets
- Exhibit key strengths and attributes to a role model for the credit team
- Good understanding of SharePoint
- A can-do attitude with willingness to ‘pitch’ in at all levels
- Desirable - experience in D365, SharePoint, PBI, SQL
