This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, including high-profile shopping centres and office developments.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the credit control function for a range of commercial tenants, ensuring timely rent and service charge collections while building strong relationships across the portfolio. You’ll work closely with property managers and other internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and maintain a professional approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive management of tenant accounts to ensure prompt payment of rent, service charges, and other fees
• Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships to encourage payment compliance
• Liaising with property managers and legal teams to resolve payment disputes
• Monitoring aged debt and producing regular reports for senior management
• Supporting process improvements to optimise collections and cash flow

About You

• Previous experience in credit control within commercial property (shopping centres, offices, or mixed-use portfolios)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
• Confident with property management/finance systems and Excel
