Description

• Manage customer accounts to maximise cash collection
• Balance daily priorities to meet service and financial targets
• Maintain accurate ledgers and resolve account queries
• Work with internal teams to negotiate payments and support customers
• Assist with forecasting, challenging accounts, and ad hoc duties

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in a Credit Control position
• Demonstrate the ability to consistently hit targets
• The ability to build strong working relationships
