Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring accounts weekly and chasing overdue payments
• Post and allocate daily receipts to customer accounts
• Identifying credit risks and placing accounts on hold when required
• Inbox management liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice, purchase order, and account queries
• Setting up new customer accounts

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in credit control and sales ledger is desirable
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and solution focused attitude
