We are looking for a
Credit Control Specialist on 6 month FTC to manage the debt portfolio for dedicated populations and other debt ledgers from out of our Heathrow/Woking office.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the credit control function for the Stevenage office (Blend of both B2B & B2C debt)
- To achieve cash collection targets and other relevant KPI’s in line with the business values.
- Liaise with the Firm’s Partners to collect debts in accordance with the Credit Policy.
- Make recommendations included to help mitigate risk and increase cash collection.
- Monthly debtor meetings with the Office Principal and other partners
- Managing queries to make sure these are resolve in a timely manner.
- Referring default debts for further action
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years in credit control. Ideally for a similar role
- Competent excel skills. Must be able to do Pivot tables / V-Lockups
- Have experience in a professional services industry an advantage, but not essential.
- Be proactive and keen attention to detail required.
- Knowledge of the Legal process relation to debt recovery.
- Studying for CICM is an advantage, but not essential.
- Able to deal with change management efficiently.
- Able to work with different systems and overcome obstacles.
- Able to conduct debtor meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Able to work both in the office and remotely.
- Able to prioritise workload
- Shows a positive / can-do attitude with interactions with clients and colleagues.
