THE COMPANY

This dynamic and fast-paced lender have grown significantly over the past few years. This role offers the chance to work end-to-end across a range of areas in the business and take on a challenging role which will give you excellent exposure and experience in the lending space.

THE ROLE

• Developing and driving lending strategies across the business, with a specific focus on commercial growth
• Work across a range of areas including pricing, profitability, affordability and broader lending decisions to add growth and commercial improvements across the business
• Analysing wider portfolio performance to drive innovation and forecast future developments
• Implementing scorecards and other predictive models to enhance business performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Essential to have experience within consumer lending
• Strong experience in developing and leading implementation of credit risk, pricing or affordability strategies
• SQL experience is essential, Python would be desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work across multiple projects, in a FinTech
