We have a new and exciting opportunity for a
Criminal Justice Data Administrator to join our Manchester service. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively with our Criminal Justice Team to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all the people we work with. You will work closely with all the teams and the wider data teams to ensure effective and timely reporting of outcomes for the people who access our services.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role - Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information that ensures the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.
- Record data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.
- Act as a point of contact and co-ordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRiiS).
About you - Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties.
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (eg. NDTMS, Public health).
- Expertise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Excellent Data Entry Skills.
- Excellent time management skills and can manage an ever-changing workload and meet deadlines.
