About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, driving customer engagement and loyalty across both B2B (professional clinics) and DTC (retail) channels.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing our CRM strategy, delivering impactful campaigns, refining segmentation, and building personalised customer journeys. Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Manage the CRM campaign calendar and briefing process.
- Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows (e.g. abandoned cart, retention, reactivation).
- Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM tools and loyalty programmes.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Track key lifecycle metrics such as churn and repeat purchase rates.
- Maintain clean, GDPR-compliant CRM databases.
- Run A/B tests to optimise content, timing, and segmentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Brief creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align CRM activity with commercial goals and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing (internships welcome) or a recent Marketing Graduate.
- Hands-on experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, SFMC , Emarsys, or similar.
- Confidence working with segmentation, Excel, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity and organisational skills.
Nice to Have’s:
- A passion for skincare, beauty, or aesthetics.
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments.
- Familiarity with HTML or drag-and-drop email builders.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
