About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, driving customer engagement and loyalty across both B2B (professional clinics) and DTC (retail) channels.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing our CRM strategy, delivering impactful campaigns, refining segmentation, and building personalised customer journeys.
