Join us as the CRM & Digital Manager for UK Venues, where you'll shape the CRM, website, app and digital strategy for some of the UK's most iconic venues — including the Eventim Apollo, indigo at The O2, University of Wolverhampton at The Halls Wolverhampton, Watford Colosseum and the brand‑new British Airways ARC at Olympia.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Venue Marketing Team and the AEG Presents UK CRM & Digital Team to ensure our venues deliver best‑in‑class digital communications, captivating content and seamless customer journeys.

Where: You'll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
