Role Description

You’ll support with everything from campaign planning and building, to triggered journeys and lifecycle programmes. You’ll get to flex both creative and analytical skills — writing emails, reviewing performance, digging into data and helping us spot opportunities to improve.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of experience in a CRM or email marketing role with campaign management and data analysis experience
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms; knowledge of HTML and cross-device email testing is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships across departments
• Meticulous and methodical approach to work
• Self-starter with a passion for CRM and marketing innovation
