We are supporting a fast growing ecommerce brand that specialises in high quality beds and sleep products. The team has a strong digital presence and is investing heavily in customer retention and lifecycle marketing to boost long term value. CRM is a major revenue driver for the business, and this role will play an important part in strengthening engagement, repeat purchases and overall loyalty.

We are looking for a CRM Executive who can help plan, deliver and optimise email and lifecycle marketing activity. You will be working with Klaviyo as the main platform and collaborating with marketing, ecommerce, design and content teams to create targeted, data led communications. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys mixing creativity with analytics and wants to grow within a performance focused ecommerce environment.

What You Will Be Doing…

Building, scheduling and sending email campaigns through Klaviyo
Supporting the creation and improvement of automated flows across the customer journey
Segmenting audiences to deliver personalised and relevant messaging
Working with design and content teams to brief and refine email creative

Reviewing performance data and suggesting ways to improve engagement and revenue

What We Are Looking For…

Hands on experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and automation
Experience working in an ecommerce or direct to consumer environment
Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention
Confidence analysing campaign performance and making data led decisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
