Job Title: CRM Manager @ Fast-Growth Subscription Platform

Location: East London (3 days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000

Are you a hands-on CRM expert who loves turning data into growth? We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join a fast-growing subscription platform, taking full ownership of the customer lifecycle and driving engagement, retention, and conversions.

This is a standalone role with real autonomy, you’ll shape the CRM strategy from the ground up, run experiments, and directly influence how hundreds of thousands of users interact with the platform.

What you’ll do:

Own lifecycle marketing across email, push, in-app, SMS, and WhatsApp
Build and optimise campaigns that improve trial-to-paid conversion and retention
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Data to make messaging smarter
Analyse behaviour, run A/B tests, and turn insights into action
Drive multi-channel campaigns that delight and retain subscribers

Who we’re looking for:

5+ years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle roles (consumer apps or subscription products is a must)
Hands-on with Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable
Analytical and data-driven, comfortable running experiments and measuring impact
Multi-channel thinker who can also write great copy and collaborate on creative assets
Thrives in fast-moving, startup environments and loves having ownership
