Are you a hands-on CRM expert with a passion for personalisation, automation, and data-driven marketing? Ready to take ownership of a CRM strategy from the ground up and see your work directly impact business growth?
Motorfinity Group Ltd is on the lookout for a CRM Manager to lead the next evolution of our customer journey. As part of our established marketing team —you’ll have the autonomy to shape, build, and optimise our end-to-end CRM programme as we implement a brand-new Customer Engagement Platform (Force24).
What you’ll be doing
- Own the day-to-day management and strategic development of our CEP (Force24)
- Design, implement and optimise lifecycle journeys—welcome flows, nurture tracks, lapsed lead reactivation, PCP renewal reminders, and more
- Manage and build audience segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align CRM with acquisition and content plans
- Create and deploy engaging, high-performing email and SMS campaigns
- Report on CRM performance metrics—open rates, click-throughs, conversions—and continuously optimise
- Ensure our CRM practices are GDPR compliant and customer-first
- Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, creative, operations, digital) to ensure consistent CX
- Maintain database hygiene and explore new ways to enrich our first-party data
- Act as day-to-day owner of the CRM platform, working closely with Force24 to support implementation, troubleshoot issues, and continuously refine functionality and campaign performance
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email communications
- Hands-on experience with CEP or marketing automation tools (e.g. Force24, Dotdigital, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
- Skilled in segmentation, testing, and campaign performance analysis
- Experience in marketing automation and/or industries with longer consideration periods (e.g. automotive, financial services, slow-moving consumer goods) is advantageous but not essential
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Commercially minded, curious, and collaborative
- Confident working independently and managing multiple projects
