I’m supporting a globally recognised brand in the search for a CRM & Membership App Manager to help shape and scale a fast-growing international membership programme. This is a key role sitting at the intersection of digital marketing, CRM, product and community.
About the Role
The CRM & Membership App Manager will drive end-to-end membership growth, engagement and retention. You’ll lead lifecycle marketing, run data-driven campaigns and help define the future of the brand’s dedicated membership app.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global strategies to grow membership and improve retention
• Own the membership funnel, optimising conversion, upsell and renewals
• Lead CRM strategy including segmentation, personalisation and automated journeys
• Deliver integrated campaigns across email, app, paid and social channels
• Partner with the tech team to shape the membership app roadmap and improve adoption
• Monitor key metrics (CPA, churn, LTV, ARPU) to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with Brand, Retail, Community and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Support in forecasting and budgeting for membership growth
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing (membership/subscription experience a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort managing performance metrics
• Familiarity with marketing automation and app analytics tools
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on
