As our next CRM Operations Manager (Trade)
, you’ll turn CRM into a high-performing engine that drives upgrades, retention and revenue across our trade audience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll build scalable lifecycle journeys, lead a small team, and shape the future of CRM as a true growth function - not just a comms channel.
You’ll also act as product owner for CRM tooling, working with Product and Engineering to unlock smarter automation, stronger attribution, and better outcomes at scale.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
- Delivering automated journeys that convert free trades into paid members, drive adoption and reduce churn.
- Spotting opportunities to scale, automate and improve, from templates to triggers to tools.
- Collaborating with Trade Growth, Product and RevOps to align CRM to revenue goals.
- Making sure every CRM activity is measurable, testable and tied to clear commercial KPIs.
It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:
- Experienced in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally in SaaS, B2B or marketplace settings.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you’re a player-coach who still builds.
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.
- Confidence using Braze (or similar), plus familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude and SQL.
