Job purpose
We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Page Manager to drive meaningful improvements in our digital user experience across our website and paid campaign landing pages. This role is critical in helping us improve traffic-to-lead ratios, user journeys, increase direct bookings, and reduce drop-offs—especially on mobile. You will work closely with performance marketing, and CRO agency to execute and iterate on CRO strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience with HubSpot, and WordPress.
Main duties and responsibilities
CRO Strategy & Execution
- Own the customer journey (DTC) for enquiries and bookings across the website and the paid landing pages and have a clear view of drop off points using multiple data sources.
- Identify gaps in tracking or other UX breaks related to payment or enquiry and work with the relevant stakeholders to implement.
- Own the CRO roadmap and performance– liaising directly with our agency, owning end to end execution plan and uplift measurement planning.
- Analyse website and landing page performance across paid and organic channels to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Executing CRO hypotheses to improve key metrics such as traffic-to-lead ratio, direct bookings, and cart abandonment recovery.
- Collaborate with external CRO agencies and internal stakeholders to implement and test new UX/UI ideas.
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to implement design guidance from agency, and other stakeholders with DTC user journey as priority.
- Reporting on the results of uplift tests.
Landing Page Optimization
- Build, launch, and iterate on 4–5 high-performing landing page templates within HubSpot.
- Optimize the "Book Now" and "Enquire Now" user journeys to increase quality lead volume and online payments.
- Lead and set up A/B testing using HubSpot and other tools to validate hypotheses and drive improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Microsoft Clarity to assess gaps and opportunities to enrich data, track and analyse user behaviour.
- Own testing roadmap and track impact of each experiment on revenue and lead quality.
- Report on key KPIs weekly including: Leads generated, Traffic-to-lead ratio, Abandoned cart rate, Direct payments from website and landing pages, A/B test results
4Mobile & UX Optimization
- Prioritize fully responsive digital experience with an emphasis on mobile users.

Statutory requirements
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent
Experience and knowledge
- Significant experience in CRO, UX optimization.
- Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely) and ability to build their own reports as required.
- Strong understanding of user behaviour tools (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etc.).
- Experience designing or working with wireframes and landing page builders (e.g., HubSpot, figma, CMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fully responsive digital experience with an emphasis on mobile users.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—including CRM, product, and performance marketing—effectively bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language for all levels of the organization
- Experience with localisation strategies for different markets.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS to better communicate with developers.
