£49,370 – £54,142 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, subject to salary review plus SEN1 (£2,539) or SEN2 (£4,539) allowance for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria Orchard Hill College offers an additional allowance of £2,539 per annum if you hold QTS, QTLS or have a PGCE. If you have a SEN specific qualification at level 4 or above in addition to QTS, QTLS or a PGCE, then you will qualify for our higher allowance of £4,539 per annum, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round (40 working weeks),
