We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator to join us at our customer site in Prestwick.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will provide first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.

You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.

Additionally, you will be responsible for orderbook management, placing daily reorders in both the customer and Incora systems. Finally, you will investigate quality issues and run shelf life expiry reports.

About You

You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative and be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role; with a tenacious attitude and ability to manage a customer relationship in a face to face environment on the customer's own site.

You will have experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences, especially aerospace, manufacturing, logistics or purchasing.

  • Starting salary between £27,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
