As a Customer AI Developer Specialist, you will:
Play a key part in delivering impactful Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions across a variety of industries and use cases. From solving complex business problems to deploying scalable AI models, you'll operate at the intersection of data science, technology, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning (ML) & AI Development
Solve business challenges using advanced ML techniques such as deep learning and quantitative analytics
Design and run experiments with generative AI models across text, images, audio, and video
Consult on and implement algorithms for content generation
Define strategies to embed, scale, and optimize Machine Learning (ML) models in production environments
Stay up-to-date with emerging research and techniques in AI and Machine Learning (ML)
Business Impact & Collaboration
Understand business requirements and support the development of use cases
Run discovery analytics to identify opportunities for innovation
Partner with engineers to deploy Machine Learning (ML) algorithms that deliver measurable value
Contribute to sales activities by providing data science insights and shaping solutions
Communicate technical concepts clearly to senior client leadership and non-technical teams

We are looking for the following skills:
AI Developers and Data Science Developers who can build and implement intelligent systems that deliver measurable business value—whether it’s through model development, system integration, or deploying generative AI capabilities at scale.
Core Technical Skills
Strong experience in generative AI, data science, Machine Learning (ML), and business analytics
Proficient in Python (preferred), R, Scala, or similar languages
Expertise in SQL, ETL, NoSQL, data warehousing, and big data tools (e.g., PySpark, Hive)
Skilled at working with structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, PDFs, audio, video)
Familiar with Machine Learning (ML) models like XGBoost, deep neural networks, transformers, Markov chains
Experienced in using Machine Learning (ML) libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face
Cloud & Deployment
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of API integration and cloud-based Machine Learning (ML)/AI deployment
Research & Innovation
Ability to read, interpret, and implement emerging techniques in Machine Learning (ML) and AI
Awareness of Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for continuous learning
Communication & Consulting
Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate across teams
