Key Responsibilities
What you will do
Primary responsibilities include item and category management that spans across the collective Consumer segment and Customer Supply Chain. This customer facing position is accountable for Store In-Stocks, Event Management, Execution of New and Discontinued items, Reducing Waste, Reporting, and Analytics.
The role will use information acquired from the customer while applying Supply Chain planning information as input into Kenvue Demand construction process. Proficient use of the Customer’s data sharing tools combined with collaboration between the customer, customer development, and the demand planning team will be used to drive efficiencies.
Customer Level Forecasting
- Use Customer data and collaboration to develop a more robust forecasting model for turn and promotional volume
Customer Collaboration and Influence
- Build and manage relationships that will ultimately drive supply chain efficiency and business influence
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly collaboration with Customer and supply chain partners
Reducing Waste
- Eliminate “trapped” inventory within Customer’s Supply Chain
- Collaborate with internal Deliver partners to improve logistics, ordering and retail stock efficiencies
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- Proven background in customer service, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics, sales or materials management is required
- Prior customer facing experience in sales or logistics is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is required. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) are preferred. SAP experience is preferred.
- This position requires travel of up to 15% and overnight stays will be required for customer related visits.
