We’re looking for a
Customer Communications Executive to join our team and support the
Customer Communications Manager in delivering strategic, multi-channel initiatives that keep our
14,000+ schools informed, engaged, and successful. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships and supporting our journey toward a more partnership-focused approach to communication.
The Role
- Deliver engaging, multi-channel customer communications—emails, newsletters, and digital content—throughout the customer journey.
- Create and maintain high-quality customer-facing content, including product updates, case studies, and onboarding resources.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support webinars, events, and customer advocacy initiatives, helping to build strong relationships and communities.
- Track engagement metrics, manage customer segments, and contribute insights to improve communication strategies.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, manage communication preferences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Continuously improve communication processes, perform QA checks, and liaise with vendors and platform providers.
