Job Title: Customer Education Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

• Create eLearning modules and other training content using the trainer toolkits and standard delivery templates, utilising Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Review 360 and Articulate Storyline 360.
• Develop and conduct training courses covering correct usage and administration of client products either remotely via Teams or face to face at Client or Customers Offices.
• Ensure training content is designed with varying design methods to guarantee leaning is accessible, interactive, engaging and effective.
• Adherence to our team’s best practice when designing content. Maintaining own tasks associated to Roadmap and Status Planner.
• Identify where improvements can be made to the design and deployment process and make suggestions on best practice improvements.
• Maintenance and amendment to existing learning catalogue.

Person Specification

• Practicing strong communication skills with a professional verbal, written, and presenting ability.
• A good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and Office applications.
• A good knowledge of the Articulate 360 suite and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Experienced in dealing with customers.
• Experienced in providing blended learning approach (remote, classroom, workshops, seminar-based training)
• A flexible and professional work ethic.
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills.
• A willingness to learn new skills and products.
• A willingness to support and mentor new team members at any level.
• Good knowledge of learning styles with the ability to adapt content to suit the audience.
• Full Driving License / or easy access to transport links.
• Overnight stays where required.
