Customer Experience Team Leader – Revenue Processing

As a Customer Experience Team Leader for one of the Revenue Processing teams, you will lead and support a high performing team to deliver an exceptional service across all products, onboarding and core journeys managed within the team. You will take ownership of daily workflow and prioritisation, oversee key stakeholder engagement, and manage critical business processes such as invoicing support. Your role is to coach, inspire, and support the development of your team to drive performance, ensure quality, and deliver great results.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop strategic and product knowledge, gaining a deep understanding of Rightmove’s goals, products, services, and systems to support both team performance and Partner/Account Manager queries.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage workflows, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of tasks within SLAs while balancing team resources and adapting to changing demands.
- Drive performance and quality assurance, conducting audits, analysing reports, identifying root causes of complaints, and using insights to inform coaching and service improvements.
- Provide coaching and development, delivering Healthy High-Performance sessions, structured training, and ongoing support to foster professional growth and high standards
- Lead escalation and decision making, acting as the first point of contact for complex issues, making timely decisions, and coaching the team to prevent recurrence.
- Manage and support the team, overseeing absences, holidays, performance, behavioural matters, recruitment, onboarding, and implementing operational changes for consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, building strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Commercial Finance, and Leadership teams to resolve invoicing issues, align on goals, and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively across the business, sharing updates, showcasing team achievements, and representing team contributions to foster visibility and collaboration.
