The Opportunity

As Customer Lead, Strategic Accounts, you will be the trusted partner for some of Quorso’s highest-profile customers in EMEA. You will work across all levels of their Store Operations teams, from CXOs to Store Managers, to understand their needs, solve problems and help them get maximum value from our platform.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-paced scale-up. You will combine strategic influence with day-to-day delivery, drawing on skills in consulting, account management, project delivery and change leadership.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales team, and work alongside Marketing and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders and operational teams
  • Lead discovery and scoping of customer use cases, linking them to Quorso’s capabilities
  • Oversee data onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
  • Manage deployment and adoption across large, complex organisations
  • Track and analyse customer engagement, driving actions to ensure success
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that improve performance for our customers
  • Capture customer feedback to inform product development and marketing
  • Identify and deliver growth / upsell opportunities within accounts (no quota for this role)
  • Represent Quorso externally through case studies, conferences and social media


What you will bring

You are likely to have a background in one or more of the following:

  • Retail Operations or Programme Management experience at a leading retailer
  • Consulting experience delivering technology or transformation programmes for retailers


You will also bring:

  • The ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • A bias for action and comfort with rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong emotional intelligence, able to align diverse groups to shared goals
  • A track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • An analytical mindset and comfort working with big datasets (Excel, Alteryx/SQL)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Drive, self-direction and an entrepreneurial mindset
