Customer Order Specialist

12 Month FTC

Theale | Hybrid (3 days in office per week )

We’re hiring a Customer Order Specialist to manage third-party customer applications and support demand processing within a fast-paced telecoms environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for non-Anchor Tenant customers, owning applications end-to-end, validating service order requests, managing quotes and POs, and working closely with internal teams to drive the fastest time to revenue.

Manage and process 3rd party customer applications and service orders
Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Produce clear status updates and progress reports
Support continuous improvement of demand and order processes
Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with scope, budget and SLAs

About you:

Telecoms industry experience
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
Confident working with data, Excel and MS Office
Detail-focused, proactive and deadline-driven
Experience with Evenflow / Omnix / Remedy is a plus
