Customer Retentions Advisor

Retentions Advisor – Newcastle, NE12 8BU

Salary: £24,000–£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (up to £50,000 OTE!)

Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Holidays: 29 days (including bank holidays) | rises to 31 after 1 year

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to retain existing customers
• Handle escalated complaints with confidence and empathy
• Build strong customer relationships that last
• Keep accurate records and liaise with other departments
• Deliver exceptional service every single day

What we’re looking for:

• Call centre, outbound sales, or objections-handling experience is a plus
• Confident with tricky conversations and high-level complaints
• Strong computer and MS Office skills
• Excellent communicator with problem-solving mindset
• Team player who’s ready to learn and take on challenges
